How can Thunderbird automatically put mails with a certain subject in a specific folder?
For example:
I've got multiple folders. One of these folders is called 'aquisitie'. If i send an e-mail to one of our clients with the subject: 'aquisitie' and they respond to this specific email i want this email to be automatically put in the 'aquisitie' folder instead of the normal inbox.
How can i do this?

You can use a Message Filter.
