Si la dernière version de Firefox plante lorsque vous essayez de l’installer sur Windows XP, cela peut être dû à la désactivation de votre pare-feu Windows. Voici comment y remédier rapidement :

1. Activez le pare-feu Windows en cliquant sur Start, puis sur Run, saisissez Firewall.cpl et enfin cliquez sur OK.

2. Dans l’onglet General, cliquez sur ON (recommandé)

3. Cliquez sur OK.

4. Installez Firefox en exécutant le programme d’installation de Firefox.
