when I close fire fox and reopen it says another one is running and I need to reboot everytime.

yes when I open Firefox and search and get what I want and then close it and try to reopen it a message pop up saying aFirefox is open and I need to close it or reboot, so that is what I have to do.

Whenever this happens to me, I do the following:

  • Right-click on task bar
  • Select "Task Manager"
  • Click "Processes" tab
  • Click "Image Name"
  • Find and select "firefox.exe"
  • Click "End Process"
  • Click "Yes"
