It appears you are using the rather old Firefox 78.15.0esr on Windows 7 to post this thread?
The web whatsapp sites since last November has required Firefox 115 or later.
If you are using Windows 7 then you can use Firefox 115 ESR https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support
