I,m having problems with Firefox web browser
This is in response to an email sent to me today June 27, 2026, with authorization code (111081). I just purchased a new PC desktop in May of this year. The problem I'm having with Firefox web browser is every time I use your browser the statement comes across the top of the page that windows browsers are no longer supporting (windows 10). My computer is a (windows 11), and there are other websites that I go to that are blocking me from using their site because it. Additionally, I am trying to setup a new email system via Proton email, which use VPN's that actually appear that someone else signing in from another location in order to keep their users safer. Also, I'm dealing with Comcast email system which they are in the process of deleting their (@comcast.net) accounts. I spoke the company that I purchased my computer from and they told me that I would need to get in touch with Firefox to get the windows 10 information off your website. I have copied the info for my computer below. I deleted my serial number because I didn't think you needed that. I actually spoke about having windows 11 in my last response to you all. See what your data provided below. Thank you kindly for any help you can provide. V. Hi,
Could you please attach a screenshot of the statement you see? I don't think it can originate from Firefox.
Also, which websites block you? It would be quite weird...
What exactly do you mean by "get the windows 10 information off your website"?
Hello; Below is the statement that goes across the window of my Firefox browser every time I have to use it. Maybe it needs to be sent to Mozilla Support than. I not sure who should handle it. I couldn't provide a screenshot because I'm not that savvy. I believe it may be some of the websites that I use to order from when I had windows 7 and they may not have taken it off their system. It is also posted at the top of this email as well, but not sure if you all are able to see it.
(Windows 10 reached EOS (end of support) on October 14, 2025. If you are on Windows 10, see this article.) Mozilla Support Logo

Comcast support may not realize that Windows 11 is basically based on NT 10.0 as Windows 10 is as to why they may think you are using Firefox on Windows 10 and not 11.
A browser UaerAgent has NT 10.0 in it like for example a Firefox 152.0.3 UA on Windows 10 and 11 shows as Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:152.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/152.0
Perhaps when Microsoft actually makes a new version of Windows they will do so on a new NT. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_NT#Releases
Some may think the NT 10.0 in UA's is freezed at that to make it more generic for privacy and tracking when that is not the case as there is no NT 11.0.
