Secure connection failed
Why does attempt at loading a UK Government web page (https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/) produce a "Secure connectionn failed - Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" message?
I managed to load the same web page by using Chrome.

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Just opened fine for me in Sheffield. I'm on Debian though so it could well be Windows thing.

Did you try Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104 What security software are you running?

You can check the connection settings and check for possible issues with a Proxy or VPN service.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a Proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
