I have two accounts on firefox and I use two different firefox apps so I don't have any problem's with my bookmarks merging I just recently I got a new phone and download the two Firefox apps firefox beta and the regular Firefox app and signed into my account separately on each app but now the bookmarks are merging which never happened before is there a way to fix this so my bookmarks stop merging

To stop them from merging disable Firefox Sync feature

If you connect to the same Sync account then you always merge data and this has always been the case. To keep things like the bookmarks separate you need to use a separate account for each device.

Do you only have those two mobile devices or also desktop devices? If you do not have desktop devices then I can move the thread to Firefox for Android.
