Interestingly enough, the issue does not occur when I switch to "Troubleshooting mode". That said, I've tried disabling the extensions I have loaded and restarted in "normal" mode and the issue still exists. Does "Troubleshooting Mode" disable additional items?

I've disabled all extensions, hardware acceleration and I'm using the default theme and the issue is still occurring.

Clearing the startup cache seems to have fixed the issue.

The issue is still occuring - not sure what to do next.
