since updating to tbird 102, several folders have duplicated emails - sent, trash and drafts. i have no idea what i did or how to duplicate the problem, but it has happened three times. any ideas? thanks.

With version 102.0.3 ? Does it help to do right+click on folder > properties > repair  ?

i can't give a proper answer to you. i installed the 'remove duplicate messages' add on and removed the dupes. i have since updated to version 102.0.3 and it has not happened again. since i did not know what caused the dupes, i do not know if the problem will reoccur. if it does, i will try your right+click on folder > properties > repair solution.
