I'm on OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 using firefox 47.0.1 and I like to cycle through tabs with ctrl-tab and ctrl-shift-tab. For some reason ctrl-shift-tab doesn't work for me. I Tried restarting in safe mode but it didn't help.

I should note that it works fine normally, but not when attached to an external moniter.
