cannot assess my original account
My computer crashed and I had to reinstall Firefox. Now I can't get to my original account so I've lost my Bookmarks, profile and everything else. (after I reinstalled firefox, I signed in with the same email address and password I used in my original account) How can I get to my original account?

Are you talking about Sync?
The profiles are in a separate folder. Have you checked for it?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
