When BTyahoo mail became btmail I was no longer able to use firefox on my mobile or tablet to access my email. Firefox works fine with a windows system. When I queried this with BT they blame firefox. However I keep getting redirected to a BT page which says https://btmail.bt.com/cp/mobile-notsupport.jsp

It looks like you're using a device or browser that isn't supported. BT Mail on mobile or tablet works with the following browsers: Google Chrome Apple Safari (iOS5+) Android Browser (2.3+) Windows Phone (8+)

HI Phil2, If this continues to happen from the login page as well: www.bt.com/btmail, it is also possible to request the desktop site.

  1. Tap on settings menu
  2. Tab on "Request desktop site" and refresh the page.

Does this help?
