My BT log in page won't load in firefox although the address appears in the address bar

I normally log in to my BT webmail from Firefox but today the screen is just blank although the address of the BT log in page is showing as normal

Does it look like the page loaded but not display or did it not load?

Clear the Cache Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

and

Remove Cookies Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
