I've got only this problem when i'm using the internet with firefox. Can you help me? I can't took a screenshot because mylaptop freeze if this problem are happening. So sorry for the bad picture i haven't got a good phone.

Hello Peti755! What is your FF version? There are several posts with the same issue, each of them suggest to start the Firefox in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode), this will disable all your add-ons. If an add-on or extension is the root cause of the problem, you can use the FF in safe mode (and need some time to investigate which extension can cause the problem).
