Hi Tom, I think Matt was trying to get a better understanding of where the stars appear: Stars inhibit the use of properties on all e-mail messages.

If it's hard to describe, consider posting a screen shot (blur out or color over any sensitive information). This article has tips: How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
