After upgrading to FireFox 5.01 the site specific zoom setting no longer works. When I "zoom" text on one site that setting gets applied to all sites I browse. I toggled the browser.zoom.siteSpecific setting true/false to no avail. This feature was working in 3.6.18. I reinstalled 3.6.18. How do I get it working in 5.01?

The Firefox Page Zoom feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox.

Try the Default FullZoom Level extension:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6965

Or the NoSquint extension:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/

Check and tell if its working.

Ok, this is interesting. I installed both of those add-ons before upgrading. After upgrading the site specific zoom settings work as they did in 3.6x even with both of the plug-ins disabled or removed. Removed 5.01, restored 3.6x, upgraded - doesn't work in 5.01, installed add-ons, works, disabled add-ons, doesn't work. So I deleted 5.01, restored 3.6x, installed the add-ons, upgraded and removed the add-ons. Works as I would like it to. Go figure. Thanks.
