a page keeps coming up at the top of the page saying "this page wants to confirm that you want to leave this page- leaving this page may not save data."But I am not closing anything, sometimes not even doing anything on the internet but just have it open in the back ground. It pops up every 5 min or so and its really annoying.

Some Facebook gadgets have been reported to cause this issue.
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
