I have payed for and tryed to install VPN, It does NOT work. The Icon is on the bar but I get a drop down which does not work.
I payed for Mozilla VPN. I downloaded and installed MozillaVPN.msi It does not work. The icon is on the right tool bar but I get a drop down that indicates that i need an app I thought I downloaded the app. Here is the message: "Open Mozilla VPN
To use the Mozilla VPN Firefox extension, please open the Mozilla VPN app first. Open Mozilla VPN Get help The is no Mozilla VPN in my program files(?) Please help. Is there two programs that I must install? [redacted email]

Hi,
Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.
The Mozilla VPN form link can also be found at top at Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN as just make sure the Mozilla Account you use has the Mozilla VPN subscription.
