More frequent synchronization in the background
How can I achieve more frequent synchronization in the background? The minimum value is 15 minutes.

I found.
Press the three lines in the top left corner, select the account you want to configure, select Manage Folders, then select the folder you want from below. I selected Inbox and enable push. (Notifications must be enabled)

I believe that you would need to set up you own sync server to do this - it is not a setting in Firefox that I would recommend altering.
