Isolating problem in normal browsing that don't exist in private browsing
Some videos on X don't play. They show the continuous circle loading. Copy that video link and load in private browser and it plays normally. How do I find out what is keeping them from playing in the normal browser. I tried disabling all extensions. No change. Any ideas I can try?

Perhaps you could try clearing your cache? To do so, go the "Privacy and Security" of settings. In the "Cookies and Site Data" section you can click on the "Clear Data" button and select "Temporary cached files and pages".
