Help with an error viewing the body of an e-mail

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My e-mails arrive to my inbox but when clicked on only show the following in the body of the e-mail: "------=_NextPart_000_0026_01CED618.D622B100--" Sometimes when I restart Thunderbird the body of the e-mail will show up properly but most often it shows "------=_NextPart_000_0026_01CED618.D622B100--". This started yesterday all of the sudden. I tried googling searching this and have found no help.

Try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder.

Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder
