I was editing the bookmarks on PC in hope that the change will reflect on my iPhone with the sync on, but contrary to what I hoped, the sync worked the other way around, any change I made on PC will be reverted in a few minutes, which seems that it has been synced by the bookmarks on my iPhone. How do I get it right? I would like to have the ability to make changes on either device and reflect on the other device.

Is this a bookmark that you originally created on the desktop device or a mobile bookmark ? In case of the latter then this might be expected behavior.
