I just purchased Firefox VPN yesterday. I was able to get the icon and turn on and off the VPN when needed. Now the icon is gone and I can not find out how to control my VPN. I would like to get the Icon back and to also get the VPN working again.

In my control box on the task bar no icon shows up. When I first accepted and installed and paid for this VPN it worked I had an icon and was able to control when I wanted to use the VPN. After turning my computer off and returning the next day no icon in control box on task bar and I still can not find out where it is.

but you can try a little test involving FireFox, which is to see if another profile on your system will produce the expected results.

go to the url below and temporarily invoke one of the unused profiles listed then retest the issue

about:profiles
