Firefox for Android's video and audio blocking doesn't work.

The option to disable video and audio playing by default has no effect. Repro: set it to blocked and go to independent.com news site and watch it auto play video with audio. This is with Firefox for Android, though this entry form thinks I'm reporting for Firefox Preview, presumably because I have that also installed.

What is the Firefox for Android version number or version name that you are using when this issue occurs?
