Can't login to bank account

The screen goes to the login page again with the message: "Sorry, our system is currently unavailable. Please try again." I know that there system is on fact available because their customer support had me login on Microsoft Edge which worked as expected. I have been using Firefox for years to go to this account until it stopped working yesterday. I have changed none of my settings to cause this.

I tried restarting in safe mode. Same exact results.
