Firefox would open but then wouldn't let me actually do anything it just sat there. I tried to reinstall but the installer wont open.
Firefox would open but then wouldn't let me actually do anything it just sat there when i tried to click on bookmarks or search stuff. I uninstalled to try to reinstall but now the installer won't open it just freezes up my cursor forcing me to restart windows explorer.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
