How to get a hacker from blocking my accounts

I have had hackers (I presume a team of hackers, because they are there any time of the day) who usually tried to sabotage my work as translator for the Courts and people's documents. It is clearly meant to cause financial damage. It involves not only blocking mail, but also "editing" what I write and is, thus, more than a prank, but criminal. The latest, just these two days, is a complete cut off from my accounts, disabling passwords, one after the other. I mean: It must be possible for Mozilla to notice these actions and identify the hackers, shouldn't it? With their identities known, it would be possible to prosecute and get then banned, by law, and under threat of prison, from using any computer, android, or other potential weapon - the worst punishment for such a sick geek.

since mozilla firefox doesn't handle your email it wouldn't even have a theoretical way to detect that - please contact the support of your mail provider to help you further with problems you have with unauthorised access to your accounts: Problems with email and how to find help

Have you contacted the FBI or someone?
