How to move Add-on bar and URL bar?

I have managed to move the tabs under the URL bar however, the FoxLingo bar is in between them. How can I move the FoxLingo bar under the tabs?

Also, I have the old Menu at the top (File, Edit, View, History, etc...) but to the left of that is the nw Firefox menu which I don't want. How can I remove that?
