why would my netflix have no sound on mozilla, but internet explorer does. my mozilla is upto date
my sound works on mozilla for everything i found but netflix, i have don't all the steps netflix has suggested but i still have no sound on mozilla but do on other browers, i have checked that mozilla volume is set to full and on but still have no sound. i have made sure my audio codecs and mozilla is up to date. is there any other things i might try because i really like using mozilla not other browsers.

resetting firefox didn't work on it's own, but after i looked resetting firefox also set mozilla's volume to low, so after turning it up, netflix now works thank you

Make sure that Silverlight is up to date, http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx
Then Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
