Bar is blocking the tab where you click to send emails how do I move it?
when I go into my inbox for emails I find that I am unable to submit or use send button due to it being block by a floating bar.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
Is that bar added by a Firefox extension or part of that page?
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
