Hello, I am wanting to disable time out on Firefox because it keeps timing out before I can fulling download an ebook. When I enter about:config no page opens for me to be able to make the changes. Would appreciate some help with this please. [email removed from public] Thanks

It is possible that a policy has been lodged in your system. Check about:policies (in the address bar) and, if there is something there, post the details. I suggest you use software designed for the purpose for large downloads.
