Hello!

It sounds like you're getting permission issues related to the installer. I found this article, https://www.urtech.ca/2016/02/solved-how-to-fix-error-2503-2502-on-windows-10-when-installing-software/

One of the suggestions was to try running the installer as admin by right-clicking it and clicking "Run as administrator"

If that doesn't work, peruse the article to see if there's anything else you can try, or let me know what happens.
