My Firefox wont load in, its still running in the background, but no window coming up, and my account is unreachable, I mean cannot reset my password or anythg

reseted my password, reactivated my email via support still no fucking email to my mail account, I downloaded an addon (grammarly) recently, but it worked for a few days with that and then suddenly started to just not working (but still using my resources in the background) deleted firefox 2 times already, still not working, I'm really getting pissed off, I had everthing on my mozzila, cant even sync my stuff to other browser because I cant even log in, god this is so frustrating...

Have you tried to run Firefox in safe mode (how to: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode)?
