Password Sync on 10.3.3 and also Windows

I have noticed over the last few months that my passwords aren't accessible within iOS app. They are listed and appear under logins, but when they are needed within a site (especially a bookmarked site) the usernames or passwords do not populate.

Also, on my desktop of laptop the usernames/passwords are listed under Saved Passwords, but they are don't populate in the field or the field needs to be clicked in order for a selection field to appear.

Everything is setup correctly and all my devices are signed into and listed under my FF Account. I have done uninstalls, factory resets and formats with reinstalls on Win 7/10 and iOS and same problems occur.

Thoughts on either???

Hi dubstir,

The feature syncs between the devices and auto populates. In your last paragraph you mentioned a reinstall and a factory reset. I want to make sure that you still have a copy of the logins. When you have an account attached to a new install and profile, it starts to sync the empty profile. Since you did not mention if the passwords stopped appearing after a reinstall or factory reset, can you please confirm if at least on of the devices connected to the sync account have the saved logins?

Make a back up of the logins - Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles Attach that device first to a new login, then each of the other devices to start a new sync.

Second question, do you have a master password set up on one of the devices? Use a Primary Password with Sync
