Need to recover lost fireforx bookmarks but cant showing backup in backup folder
I have lost my bookmarks automatically. I tried to recover from backup. but there is only one file was available in backup folder which is latest file. I need the all old bookmarks from 1 years. I tried refresh firefox and then all backup deleted.
can some one tell me why the bookmark deleted suddenlly.
What is the reason>>

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Are you using any bookmark add-ons?
Hi, We are using Firefox ESR 45.4 version and not using any bookmark add-ons.
my Firefox dont have any issue and working fine with normal. Also i have tried with safe mode as well but not showing the old bookmark backup in bookmark folder.
is there any way to recover my bookmarks. my colleague having the same issue.
Please help Urgently!!!!

Hi, please look on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings and see if you have a backup there.
