I can access my bill for Duke Energy of Fla. from any other site except firefox. When I try to use your site I always get session expired. I contacted Duke & they told me this is a problem with firefox. Evidently they have this as a common problem for all their customers.

Hello longviewmom, try to delete the specific cookie.

If clearing the cookie doesn't work then maybe the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted. Try to rename (example as cookies.sqlite.old), or delete the cookies.sqlite file and delete also cookies.sqlite-journal (if exist) in Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies are corrupted.
