As a loyal and long-time user of Firefox and Mozilla products, I am writing to you today with a heartfelt appeal regarding a critical issue facing internet users in Turkey.

While I am glad to see that built-in VPN features have been successfully rolled out in various countries worldwide, it is deeply concerning that this feature is notably unavailable in Turkey. In recent years, Turkey has experienced severe restrictions on freedom of expression, heavy censorship, and increasing limitations on human rights.

In this challenging environment, people—especially the youth and those striving to keep up with global knowledge, science, and civilization—rely heavily on an open and unhindered internet to maintain their connection with the wider world. Unfortunately, authoritarian administrations actively seek to silence these voices and isolate societies.

As a steadfast champion of privacy, security, and an open internet, Mozilla has always stood on the side of users. Turkish users are in dire need of built-in VPN support to bypass these heavy restrictions and reclaim their fundamental digital rights.

I sincerely hope that Mozilla will hear our voices, recognize our urgent need, and take steps to make the built-in VPN available in Turkey as well. Thank you for your dedication to a free and open web for everyone.

hello . i updated my firefox and i still can not see the vpn option on my setting this feature is so useful and i need it so much . please enable it if you can. thanks for your support.

I have 5 PCs, in 3 of them Firefox VPN started working a week ago. In the other two I don't see a VPN and I've tried all the troubleshooting information in support and chatgpt recommendations. What I noticed was that the PCs with VPN had Firefox in English while one that didn't get the update it was in Greek. So I switched language and VPN appeared! Then I tried to revert to Greek again and VPN disappeared. Now even if I switch languages I don't get VPN.

Hi, I have the latest version of Firefox and I'm logged into my Mozilla profile. I selected the USA (for example)—even though I'm in Belgium—but when I log into a dating site (one that's allowed in the USA), it still shows my location as Belgium. It's the same story for France. However, when I type "where am I located?" into a new browser window, it tells me I'm in the USA... So I don't understand... I hope someone can help me :-)

Free Firefox VPN hit 50 gb limit - so purchased Mozilla VPN for a year - worked fine but now Firefox kicks out any website attempt - Mozilla says not there problem but a Firefox problem - they are same company

What setting is wrong?!

Hello, I'm having trouble using the built in VPN, once I press on it and do everything (connect with my account etc) it doesn't let me use it, it still tells me to do everything again. I was wondering how I could fix this issue and use it.

Dear Mozilla team, unfortunately I can't find Your new feature built-in VPN in Firefox and I can't find it in settings or extensions either. Plus: I use the latest version of Firefox which is Version 157.0.1.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your excellent service and the recent update introducing the integrated VPN feature.

I am writing on behalf of myself and many users residing in Iran. As you are likely aware, our internet environment is severely restricted, with all major social media platforms and communication services being heavily filtered. Accessing the open internet is virtually impossible without a reliable VPN.

In light of these conditions, I kindly request that you consider increasing the current 50 GB monthly limit, if feasible. Even a temporary increase for users in Iran would be immensely appreciated and would significantly assist us in staying connected.
