Hi,

I am trying to go to a particular website and I get this error message in different browsers including Firefox and my android smart phone. What does this mean? Is there a problem with his website.

I have all the location settings I can find on my Firefox browser, google, and device turned off, but the new firefox weather widget still had my hometown as the default location, which is is not the same location as my IP address. And when I went to buy a book online through Thriftbooks with a guest account the address line autofilled with addresses in my hometown. I do not have any addresses saved to autofill. Where is this information being stored and how do I get rid of it?? Is there something in about:config I can shut off or disable?

I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. Please.

Whenever I connect to the VPN, any time I try to go to a website none of the sites will load. The site just sits on a blank page. I've tried to route through different countries and nothing works.

I have posted the same question multiple times because it doesn't appear when I search or when I view my profile and my questions. There was no indication that the question wasn't ready to be posted. Where are my questions?

After successfully using an AI image generation site (OpenArt.ai) for numerous months, I suddenly stopped being able to successfully upload images from my local hard drive into its image editor. All attempts created an "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource (storage.googleapis.com)" error. I had made no changes to settings or permissions of any kind, but out of nowhere I cannot use function of that website through Firefox. Onlines searches suggested setting up a local network with Python, which is not something I'm familiar with, or that there were browser extensions identified as "Web Server for Chrome" the "Local File System" extensions, neither of which seemed to come up in browser extension searches through Firefox using those terms. Anybody got a fix easy enough to be walked through without learning new software?

I'm trying to open a file that was sent to me, but my computer is asking me to update Firefox. When I try to do that, it shows that I already have the most current update.

Well, there is a bug with your downloading files configurations that REALLY ANNOYS me, which is, i want to always select where to save my downloaded files, no problem with that, i just set all configurations to "always ask", but sometimes, especially for pdfs, i want to just open them, without the need to save them to my computer, so the only one i have set as "open with firefox" is the pdfs, and if i want to download them, i just do so by clicking the download button on the corner. BUT, with this configuration, if there is a button to download a pdf, without opening it previously, it will skip the "ask where to download" pop-up, which is a pain in the ass, as usually want my stuff in specific folders, not the general downloads one. And even iff i set pdfs to "always ask" and then chose to open with firefox, it will automatically download it (???????) to the downloads folder, and then open it from my pc, even tho it could open it from the file in the server, which is what i wanted. I just switched to firefox, please fix this awful feature and dont make me find another browser.

A client of ours has recently raised an issue with with us stating where right-click, Paste does not work when adding text to a new LinkedIn post

After investigating, we have been able to reproduce the same behavior on our devices.

However, from our testing, we can right click to past on comments, messages and searches just fine

This issue appears to have started after updating to Firefox version 151.0.0. I know this as i have tested this on my work laptop, appeared to work fine then stopped working after manually updating from 150.0.3 to 151.0.0.

Please let us know if there are any known issues, additional troubleshooting steps, or if further diagnostic information would help I have attached screenshots of the issue.

I have also tested this in the Google Chrome web browser and appears to be working correctly as also seen in the screenshots.

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

WHY IS THERE NO FACILITY TO ATTACH A SCREENSHOT ???? As a FF user, I need to show exactly where & how I've encountered a failure in FF, or if the failure has been caused by the website I'm seeking to access!
