I have tabs along the top of my page,the hotmail tab showed the number of emails received,but has stopped showing them,can you help?

Hotmail has been having some hiccups lately. Try clicking the grey bar which has the word "Inbox" in it.

Also, click "Help" | "Check For Updates" and update Firefox to v3.6.19

Similarly, please visit the Plugins Check page and update where necessary. Out of date plugins expose your system to attack.
