my 'file', 'view', etc. buttons are hidden along with the 'back' button and url box. How do I get them back?

I accidentally hid two entire bars on Firefox. The one that contains the 'view' and 'help' buttons and the other that contains the back button and url address box.

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
