Last night went to check for mail before shutdown. Out of nowhere Thunderbird appears as if newly installed, clean screen no fields. Shutdown as usual. Start up, same thing. Went ahead and ran Tbird and it seems to have "found itself" with all new look and NO old mail. Great, I am in the middle of a construction project and I needed the old correspondence. My address book still seems to be okay, just the old email is gone.
