My Internet Explorer has quit working, so the only browser I have is Safari. I've tried several times and cannot download Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi kywcfan, what happens exactly when you download firefox ?

At first it appears to be downloading, but it doesn't do anything after that. It just doesn't do anything.

Download the full installer package from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Then close the browser that you used before staring the installation process.
