Firefox on Windows is syncing with Firefox on iOS (iPhone) satisfactorily HOWEVER the Windows version seems to be randomly disconnecting from sync. This is inconvenient (my passwords and other info disappears!) and it forces me to disconnect my iPhone Firefox from sync before reconnecting it as I connect my Windows Firefox to sync. It did not do that in the past. How do I prevent that random and frequent disconnect from happening. I have 2FA enabled. Suggestions? Or is this a known recent problem?

Hi! I try to synchronize my mobil iphone 14 and mac airbook wit firefox. I tried new installation firefox, restart iphone, scanning code or choose option e-mail- i always ends on white, empty screen. If i go back than i get the info - could be that there is no internet. I tried wlan and whitout wlan. What else can i do to synchronize?

I have 2 PCs and one has all my current settings and the other does not. I recently had to re-install Windows 10 and when I installed Firefox again the settings won't sync. Bookmarks, toolbars, etc.

i only use two Gmail account in Firefox browser and sync everything tabs book marks but in both gmail now when I openp the app after some months didn't found any synced tabs or bookmark

You need to enable me to sync the desktop to my mobile phone. I've had mozilla firefox on my Mac and android phone for years but now I am expected to work out how to create a back up and then delete all of my data and trust it will upload to the new browser on my desktop -- which before the update held the same data. Really unimpressed. Get it sorted.

I can't find the cause, I noticed it said last sync was 7 hours ago. I tried signing out and back in. Tried wiping cache and data.

I recently downloaded Firefox and setup a home profile on my personal computer. I want to use the same profile on my work computer. I set up sync but that says it's done and nothing changes. How do i sync over the settings, passwords, bookmarks, theme, etc.?

I have this setting setup in Chrome but I'm tired of using chrome. Yet this feature is really important to me. I'd like to make change to bookmarks on my personal computer and it should update my profile on my work computer too

Hi! Today I synced a tab from my Android device to a desktop PC. The link arrived successfully, but on the Android device many many inactive tabs disappeared without a trace(searched history, recently closed etc.). looking up about:sync-log I only got txt files of errors, no trace of links. Can you help me get back my closed tabs? TY

I have now tried every fix available that I have found online and none of them match what I am experiencing. If I am browsing on my phone and want to save it as a book mark i am unable to choose where to save it under my bookmarks. It just says save to bookmarks. Now i try and find that bookmark on my laptop but to no avail. The Mozilla bookmarks are terrible and unfortunately to say here EDGE kicks Mozillas butt. Both Laptop and Phone are on my only profile. I then also found that the search history is limited and wont show all history. Tried all fixes on web. Not one works. May have to revert to EDGE.

I am signed into firefox on the same account on 2 computers, the new bookmarks on one device aren;t showing up on the other. This is a new problem, syncing always solved it before

I am logged into the same Firefox account on both my phone and desktop.

Sync is enabled and bookmarks are ticked.

My desktop bookmarks do not show up in my phones bookmarks, and nothing I bookmark on my phone shows up in my desktop bookmarks.

I remember there used to be a mobile bookmarks folder where these were stored, but that has disappeared from both my phone and desktop bookmark manager.

I have a lot of open tabs on my phone which I need to bookmark and organise, so I can't reinstall to test if that fixes it without losing them all.

I can see my phones open tabs on desktop through synced open tabs, so I'm definitely connected to the right account and clearly some stuff is syncing, just not bookmarks.

For years, I've been using FF on desktop (Linux), tablet (Android) and phone (Android - Samsung S24+). Sync has never been a problem until two weeks ago when FF on the phone has either refused to sync when I tapped the command, or hasn't synced for many hours or sometimes days (which is why I tried to do it manually). So, I signed out of my FF account on all 3 devices and then signed back in. The desktop computer and tablet are syncing normally, but the phone still won't sync. When I tap the 3-dot menu on the phone and then my name, it says the phone has NEVER been synced and tapping the sync command does nothing. Under "Choose what to sync", all options are checked, but greyed out. Can't change them, in other words. When I access bookmarks on the phone, it properly shows what was there before the last sync. The phone is running FF version 150.0 Build 2016155439

I have many computers that I put Firefox on, and had no problem getting my bookmarks on them as long as I sign in to my account. However, I just had my desktop redone (that previously had Firefox) and now, after I have downloaded Firefox, I cant get my bookmarks when I attempt to do the syncing. Please help

I cannot log into my account and synchronize my data, logins and passwords. I downloaded the latest version of the browser on the official website. Below I will send screenshots proving that there are no buttons or anything that would indicate at least the slightest login to your account. BUT YOU'RE SHOVING YOUR ****** AI BOT EVERYWHERE.
