Hello there, once again I am having password troubles signing in. I have been using thunderbird for many, many years. The past few weeks when using thunderbird to access my verizon.net e-mail I get a time out message when the program is trying to log in. I can log into aol.com, log into my verizon.net email account to get -mail. When doing this I am prompted to change my e-mail password. Where & how do I reset my password in thunderbird? I have 2 email addresses which I can't access the first one because I lost my number. Now I need to link the first email to the current account without having to use my older phone number.

Hi Just recently when I open up Thunderbird for my email account , I am asked to go online, a pop box asks ' Enter your password for souza on pop3.ic24.net:' . I don't know it and how do I set one up?

I’m having trouble logging in to my Thunderbird account on my laptop. My password doesn’t work, and when I click “Log in,” I’m redirected to a website, but I still can’t access my account. It also seems like Thunderbird doesn’t recognize or find my account at all. Instead of allowing me to log in, I’m being told to join some kind of waitlist, which doesn’t make sense because I already have an account and need to access it. I urgently need to use my account for work, so I would really appreciate any help with recovering access and getting Thunderbird to recognize my existing account.

I have been on Windows 11 for years. While trying to fix a password issue, I learned that Firefox thinks I am on Windows 10 whose support is going away. How can I tell Firefox that I am on Windows 11?

Related issue: Firefox no longer likes my password. It has 8 characters, but only letters and numbers. Things got messed up while trying to fix it, so I am not sure of my password anymore. Apparently Firefox and Mozilla have separate accounts. I don't know which system's password is broken.

It was suggested that I clear cookies and cache. I cannot find the menu to do that. Trying to fix each problem just creates more problems! I need some support to straighten things out.
