Hello, I am using Firefox on my phone to open Facebook. When I try to upload my ID to recover my suspended Facebook account, I get an error "Something went wrong".

I already tried Desktop site but still not working. Can you help me fix this upload problem in Firefox?

Hello Mozilla Support, I am trying to use a website, but it shows the message "You are using an incompatible web browser." When the "Scroll to hide toolbar" option is turned on, commonly used web features, such as paywalls will make it impossible to scroll after I have scrolled down the page, hiding the toolbar. Since it is impossible to scroll up, the toolbar is impossible to access unless I use a pinch to zoom gesture. A lot of websites also disable this gesture also, however.

I'm having trouble using the Instagram website in Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android). I can log in successfully, but the website does not work properly after logging in. Some buttons don't respond, pages don't load correctly, and I can't use Instagram normally. I have already tried restarting the browser, clearing the cache, and updating Firefox, but the issue still persists. Please help me resolve this problem.

In Firefox, I often can't read something produced with Google. I also have difficulty printing from my mobile phone when using my Firefox browser. Could this be caused by either Google or Microsoft?

Using a chat messenger applet on a website and anything that is typed into the message box is invisible until you press send. Firefox was force closed and the problem persists.

Every time I attempt to login to my Amazon account it keeps making me type my email address

After pressing enter, continue to repeat.the same thing. Even using my phone didn't receive a text message.

Although Firefox for Android has support for PWA websites in general,I see that it doesn't detect all pwa websites and creates a simple shortcut instead! For example go to mytuner-radio.com and try to install it as a Pwa, it just creates a shortcut!

If you try this on other browsers like Vivaldi for Android, it installs it as an app, without the need to open the whole browser alongside all the tabs,every time you tap on its icon !

Please fix this and make all sites that support pwa detectable !

Since the last update or true I can sign on to streamyard on my side but it will not let me go to other people's panels on streamyard I disabled all security tracking and everything I put it on the lowest and let everything open and it still does the same thing the other day it did a few times and then it connected but now it's not doing it at all

I have Firefox set as my default. When I need to get a library book using Libby, that app takes me to Amazon.com through my default browser. I have been unable to login to check out the books. It asks for the email or phone number and when I select the next step, it clears it and shows that same page again. Now, to get my library books, I must change my default browser to Chrome, check out the book and then change it back.

I cleared cache then cleared data. Neither option changed the outcome.

I'm using Samsung S23 Ultra.
