Please help me get control back over my emails. They were hacked from my phone and I am unable to access them. I am 60 years old and I’m a disabled woman and I am so terribly upset about this. I'm using Firefox relay and when I log in it sends a verification code by email. But when I enter the code it is not accepted. Tried resending code, same thing. Tried typing in manually instead of cut and paste, same thing.

Now I'm locked out so I can't get far enough to screenshot the verification code screen.

Using Firefox browser on iPhone, iOS 18.3.2.

How do I log in to the iPhone when I no longer have the old phone on which I had the authenticator. It is unavailable to me and firefox persistently asks for a 6-digit code. This is frustrating not allowing me to create a new authenticator on a new phone or an alternative login in Firefox'
