Got the following Error message today after update downloaded. "Error:Platform version '129.0.1 is not compatible with minVersion >= 129.0 maxVersion <= 129.0

My PC is running very slowly On logging out which takes a very long time I get a message: XUL runner Error: Platform version 126 is not compatible with miniVersion 125.03

I cannot find GoogleGoogle Play on my PC and do not use it so I can't delete and re install

I'm getting this error when I try to bring up Firefox. What do I do now?

Error: Platform version ‘128.0.2’ is not compatible with minVersion > = 128.0 maxVersion < = 128.0

When I try to start Firefox, the following dialog box appears:

XUL Runner Error: Platform version 128.0.3 not compatible with minVersion >= 128.0 maxVersion <= 128.0

Clicking the OK button closes the attempt to start Firefox.

Do I need to reinstall the latest version? If I do, will all my info be saved? Jan

I have installed the LastPass extension for Firefox, more than once, but the LastPass icon does not appear in my browser bar. It used to be there, but disappeared a few weeks ago. I have tried to reinstall the extension, but it has had no effect.

I have been told by my bank that firefox wants their customers who are having a problem with the website when using firefox to contact firefox directly. How do I do that? I have wasted way too much time trying to find that contact information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings, Mozilla Community I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox that comes up when I try to visit https://deraltersrechner.de/. It won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a bug in the website, a browser issue, or something else entirely.

Does anyone else have knowledge of this problem or recommendations for a fix? I've attempted removing addons and cleaning the cache in my browser, but the issue still exists.

Hello, PG&E just updated their webpage and it doesn't allow me to sign in. It informs me that Fire Fox isn't a compatible browser, all other websites are fine. It suggests Chrome as the preferred browser. We pay our utilities through their site and we enjoy Fire Fox.Can anyone help resolve this issue? Thanks

YouTube content doesn't load. Same with NYTimes.com articles.

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! Hi, I love the new, little weather app/temperature icon in the upper left of the Firefox home page. HOWEVER, I really want to change it to a city closer to me. I looked up how to do it, but the directions seem WRONG. I cannot hover and find any way to change locations. Is it because I'm on a Mac? or ?

Can you help me? I'm using an iMac computer... everything works, it's updated, what could be wrong?

I am unable to use my bill pay with my bank using Firefox browser. However, I am able to use it logging on with Microsoft Edge. What has changed with Firefox recently? This has only become a problem as of today.

Which means Firefox 128 Delivers per-default Data for Advert agencies. Mozilla allows a new technology for "Date protection friendly digit Advertising" on Firefox. The activation is without permission from the user.

This is not good at all. I am now thinking of rejecting Fierfoy and moving to Opera or similar. Why did Morzilla take this fatal step?

Hello! I have Firefox and Google set to Dark Mode. Suddenly this week, when I do a search, the answers are coming up not in dark mode. I can hit refresh several times and it will eventually go back to being Dark.

I have checked and I am running the lastest version of Firefox and my Windows is up to date.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't know if you can help, Miscrosoft is useless so have given up on them. For some days now I've been getting a grey box with red printing appearing repeatedly on my screen, right in the centre. Try as I might I cannot get it to stop. It could have something to do with videos as today it started appearing after I looked at a video on Twitter. I have included a photo of the box Weirdly, I can't take a screen shot of it - it comes up blank and also, the cursor disappears behind the box and is invisible.

If you can't help could you point me to where I might get help please?

A white horizontal line in the top of the screen, whilst watching movies in tv5mondeplus.com. This issue happens when installed the recent update 129.0.

Tested in other browsers and doesn't appear the white horizontal line on top.
