I've used Slack every day for the past decade, and Firefox has been my primary browser for some time now. I've never had an issue with the two, but now, Firefox is reliably crashing every time I attempt to open Slack.

I've tried clearing my cache both broadly and specific to Slack, with neither producing results. Even tried deleting all cookies on Firefox, which was a bit of a pain, and it was no help.

I did read up on some people encountering a similar issue that could be fixed by deleting the Slack entry in "about:serviceworkers," but this did not help here.

The only extension I'm running is uBlock Origin, which I've been running for probably as long as I've been using Firefox, and that has never presented an issue before either.

Would appreciate any help or advice on the matter.

I changed my password.......still not letting me in....so I changed emails....I'm confused.....I want to know did my new pc accept my change of passwords from my older computer?

Youtube does not work. It shows somekind of default page that is essentially blank. It does say: "Try searching to get started" and "Start watching videos to help us build a feed of videos you'll love."

But it will not respond when I attempt to search anything.

I am having the same problem as this fixed one, a year later: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1468647 As soon as I try to connect to an account via Google, or go to Gmail/Docs/Drive/Classroom, I'm always taken to a “Clear cache and delete cookies” page. So I followed the instructions on the page, deleted all my data and saved cookies from Firefox and even tried to reinstall Firefox completely, but nothing changed, I'm always redirected to this page. Logging in when in incognito mode works fine though.

My browser is being managed by "your organization" but I belong to NO organization. How do I regain control of my own browser?

Message reads: "Your browser is being managed by your organization" Please help me regain control of my browser!

At the top of my settings it says: Information: Your browser is being managed by your organization.

What does this mean? It's my personal laptop, I bought it myself and I don't work for any organization.

What version of Firefox actually allows you to add extensions? I'm running the most current version of Tumbleweed that ships with 144.0. Attempts to add extensions just sit there doing nothing until I close the tab. This sort of worked some time ago (I forget the version) but the inability of Firefox to allow add-ons/extensions is getting to be a joke. There are other browsers out there, ya know.
