In the last few weeks, i cannot read my iCloud emails. It says things like"message cannot be downloaded now" or "cannot move to trash now", so the only way I can consistently read my emails, is to switch to my Google browser, which has absolutely no problem with the iCloud emails Why would this be happening?

I've followed all recommendations to fix that, but nothing works. Should I remove the browser, boot up, and download it again? Remove all my personal settings, etc? Also, I download my emails, I erase the unwanted emails, and suddenly, many copies of my previously erased emails show up after I get a new email. This happens with Gmail and Yahoo Mail. While testing the new profiles option with Firefox after loading containers while having Surf-shark VPN on my computer stop accessing websites. The conflict was resolved by reloading surf shark and then while attempting to remove new profiles not being used I deleted the original homepage/profile. Over 10yrs of bookmarks, passwords, and numerous pieces of data have been lost. I need that original Firefox homepage user account for my computer restored.

I use a Lenovo desktop computer that I have used along with the Firefox browser for about 3 years and never had any problems until now. For the past two days it takes up to a couple of minutes to for the Firefox browser to open a page. While the page is loading, I get at the bottom right corner of the screen "performing a TLS handshake." I vaguely understand this terminology but am not an expert on the subject. This "handshake" repeatedly occurs with all sites that I open daily with the Firefox browser. The pages usually open within a couple of seconds. Now it takes minutes and sometimes doesn't open at all. I have difficulty opening even the Firefox home page and when it finally opens, it is incomplete? Do you have any suggestions that might help me?

I must add that the internet connection from my provider, Eastlink, located in Nova Scotia, Canada, is by Ookla tests very slow, ranging from 40 to 55bps instead of the regular150bps or higher. I don't know if the problem is with my desktop or with the provider and the provider has not responded to my telephone request with any information that explain where is the source of the slow internet speed problem.

Hello Support, Every time I open Firefox browser I see this Google Pop-up to sign in. I want this annoying tracker pop up screen to disappear altogether. I see it on the upper right screen it's very annoying and I don't or use or trust Google at all. I've searched through all settings my search engine is DDgo I see no way of eliminating google pop-up. Why I'm I receiving this and how do I get rid of of it ASAP?

I've asked this before. I'd still like to know why I don't remain logged in, but today, this also happened.

How can you have an expired session, when there was no session?

Until the most recent update, when I opened a new tab a box with the message "Search the web" appeared, and I could enter a query to search. This was exactly what I wanted. Now, the box still appears, but as soon as I type a character the input jumps to the small box at the top left where I would expect to enter a URL. I don't like this, because (a) the jump is disconcerting when I'm trying to type, (b) I want what I type in the URL box to be always taken as a URL, not as a search query, (c) the box in the middle of the new tab is just a waste of space: something held out then snatched away. The solution I have found suggested is to set the resource browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar to false, but this causes an error message to appear in the search box. I'm sure there must be a way to have the old behaviour back - any help gratefully received.

I am experiencing an issue with Firefox where some websites display a message saying that the internet connection cannot be established and that I am offline, even though I am connected to the internet.

My internet connection is working normally. Other websites load without problems, and the same websites also work correctly in other browsers such as Google Chrome.

However, in Firefox certain sites do not load. For example, YouTube and YouTube Music show an error message indicating that I am offline. I have also noticed this issue on a few other websites.

Because the same pages work normally in other browsers, it seems to be related specifically to Firefox.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue or how I can fix it?
