I keep getting emails regarding my signing into accounts from different locations. Now the thing is that I use a VPN to access MSN outside of China because I cannot read the Chinese version. It is kind of annoying getting the emails from MSN but there is no way to contact whoever to let them know I use a VPN. Does anyone know who I can inform about this?

I live in Darwin, NT but my internet providers server is in SA and detects my location as Adelaide, how do I set my location to where i Darwin??
